My struggle for efficiency

According to the nature of my job I have to complete many assignments in a day. I am compelled to 14-16hrs/day. So I am in a great struggle to compensate it. The tips above said shall boost my efforts for the efficiency. My efforts are as follows.

We are getting motivation with by heart the Bible verses. For doing that I myself shall say loudly to hear my children also. After that they will say loudly to hear me and each one will repeat it. So with minimum amount of time we are getting motivated. Prayer is the another motivating factor in my life. Sometimes I am going by bus avoiding my two wheeler for getting concentration in prayer. My waiting time between travelings is to be converted for thinking for new ideas,plannings, etc. For increasing the efficiency the discussion with the wife and children while the eating and the counsels will be an added advantage . Using a slip of list of the assignments will reduce my tensions. For reciting Bible verses the time of soaping the clothes is the best time in my schedule. Using e-mails and e-payments I have to make profit in the time management .Purchasing goods once in a month will also help me for this.

My working hours are from 6am to 10pm. So physical vigor is an essential factor in my life. So I am doing some physical exercises. I am going to practice reciting Bible verses during that time also. The sprouted grains as a breakfast is very helpful to me for this. The time of cooking is also reduced here. My written annual plan and weekly plan help me to acquire the efficiency.
