The lost hope for happiness.
To live in a loveless life.
To search for love.
But never to find.
To forget hope.
To be almost completely inactive.
To have an inanimate heart.
To walk.
To have no destination.
No concept of what matters anymore.
To wish to walk off the earth.
But know you can't.
To have scars.
On heart and body.
But…….
To feel some hope.
To know a feeling.
To recognize it.
To realize its love.
To see her.
The girl.
The one that keeps your spirits high.
For better or for the worst.
The one that makes you smile with each thought.
The one that reanimates your heart.
And brings the warmth of hope and love through your veins.
To bring your hands to hers.
To smile for the first time.
To have all thoughts seize.
To feel the love between you and her.
To kiss her.
To bring you saddened lips to her luscious reds.
To clasp her in you saddened arms.
To feel warmth.
To feel what life is all about.
To feel like any other.
To feel higher than any other.
To feel like you hold Aphrodite in your arms.
But……..
To not see her.
To be alone.
To be saddened both mentally and physically.
By your own depression.
To lose the hope.
The love.
The serenity.
But….
To think..
To remember.
To know you’re still with her.
Even know you’re not in her presence.
To remind yourself.
You have love..
Hope..
Serenity.
The girl
